Recorder settings

To access recorder settings, click Config on the recorder you .
 

General Tab

On the General tab change the following settings:

Station Name: Enter name of the station.

Audio Devices - Input: Select the audio input to associate with the recorder.

Audio Devices - DSP Monitor: select the audio input to be associated with PFL audio processor.

Emergency Playlist: Enable the emergency playlist to use in case of silence of the source. In order to enable it, select a directory that contains the songs to play, select the start and back times to the original source, configure an interface for audio monitoring. For more information on the use of the Emergency playlist, see the relative section.

IMPORTANT

Every monitor audio input interface (both for emergency playlist and DSP) must be associated in an unique way, even if you use more than one recorder.
If you use the same audio interface for more than a monitoring (more than a recorder), CasterX may not work correctly.

Advanced tab
Metadata http server: select the port and addresses on which CasterX will listen on the HTTP server for receiving metadata. You can update the metadata automatically using XautomationFM and Xuploader.

Stats: choosing the time interval for updating the statistics.

Enable statistics logging: This option logs every event associated with the statistics download. It's not recommended to enable it in standard conditions, because it may register a large number of logs.
